A: All parts and labor are warranted for 1 year. FridgeFreeze will allow the return of up to 10 units in an initial order for a period of 60 days for a full refund. Units ordered in excess of 10 units cannot be returned.

A: Typically the FridgeFreeze will run for two to five days, depending on ambient temperature and how frequently the lid is opened and closed. This is based on an isolated battery that is not connected to a charging system. However, if the battery is connected to a 12-volt auto or boat charging system, the FridgeFreeze should run indefinitely if the vehicle is started on a daily basis. If the FridgeFreeze will be used in an automobile, we recommend installing a deep cycle battery in addition to the starting battery.
